Every October 24, we celebrate the United Nations Day as a reminder of the importance of diversity, culture and spirit of brotherhood. It is on October 24, 1945 when United Nations was founded.
2019 is the year of Indigenous Languages; the Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish. It is concerned with languages because one of its most important aim is the language preservation, the reason for it is to raise awareness about the important contribution they make to cultural diversity because language is dying.
We celebrate United Nations Day with the representations of colourful costumes worn by the different candidates and the flags of different nations which symbolizes the unity of each nations for world's peace and to wipe out ignorance.
Celebrating UN is a way of acknowledging this Organisation's tireless work to encourage sustainability and green practices .
