Change: It starts with Me!

     A philosopher once said "Change is the only permanent thing in the world." Change happens whether we like it or not and it also happens regardless of what we do or whether we do anything about it. Yesterday is different from today and tomorrow is also different from today.  

     Change takes place in all levels, from simple to complex, from me to you, from her to him and so on. Some changes we can manage, some we can influence, but realistically, most are outside our control. We cannot eradicate war, poverty, corruption and other inhumane activities individually. But I can change myself and in changing myself I may have a greater, better and more positive impact in my own world that can lead to change. We can make our world a better place if we start in changing ourselves. And if we choose to change ourselves, this will change our world -- and this is a win-win situation.
     
     Now, let us be the change that we wish to see in the world.
